The bodies of the Foundation are:
- General Meeting of the Founders
- President of the Foundation
- Director of the Foundation
The General Meeting of the Founders is the supreme body of the Foundation administration; it consists of equal number of representatives of each of the Founder.
The Board of Guardians is a body that supervises over the activity of the Foundation and its officers, including scientific and financial activity and the Foundation’s management, as well as supervision under observance of the legislation by the Foundation.
