A new monograph “Typhoon Impact and Crisis Management” Eds. Danling Tang & Guang Jun Sui. Springer, 582 pp., 2014, was published. The monograph was written with the participation of Prof. D. Pozdnyakov, Dr. of Sciences, Deputy director for Science of the “Nansen Centre”, Leader of the Aquatic Ecosystems in Response to Global Change Group.
